Agronomy Applicator

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Agronomy Applicator at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc to handle crop nutrient and crop protection product application. The role involves maintaining application equipment, vehicles, and facilities to ensure efficient operations and quality service delivery. We are seeking a mechanically-inclined individual who enjoys working outdoors and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals following recommendations and guidelines.
• Ensure safe and compliant operations with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain equipment and facilities for optimal performance and appearance.
• Perform mechanic work on assigned vehicles and complete necessary documentation.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in loading/unloading inventory.
• Promote business with customers and ensure timely product delivery.
• Train seasonal employees and operate equipment safely.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving company vehicles.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
