Community Bank President/Ag Lender

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Community Bank President/Ag Lender at Bank Iowa Corporation. As the Community Bank President, you will lead a team of Relationship Managers and Loan Assistants, generate quality Ag and Commercial loans, and represent Bank Iowa in the community. This role involves actively participating in civic and community activities to establish the bank as a center of influence and drive loan and deposit growth in the Southeast Iowa Region. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Ag Business or related field, 7+ years of lending experience, and strong Agriculture background. Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the bank's values, culture, and strategic direction.
• Manage an agriculture and commercial loan portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ag and commercial clients.
• Approve loans within specified limits and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years lending and banking experience as an Ag & Commercial Loan Officer.
• Strong Agriculture background preferred.
• Extensive supervisory and management experience.
