Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Pre-Licensed Therapist to join St. David's Center, where inclusivity and authenticity are valued. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Preschool Aged Day Treatment program, providing day treatment and mental health outpatient services. Your responsibilities will include conducting family and individual psychotherapy sessions, coordinating programming, and offering support to families through in-center and telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our employees and offer competitive pay ranging from $59,760 to $66,050 per year, along with benefits such as health and dental insurance, health savings accounts, retirement contributions, generous paid time off, and childcare discount. This position is also eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external applicants.

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree in the mental health field and eligibility for clinical supervision towards licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• Compliance with licensure or board certification requirements as a mental health practitioner, including supervised practice in delivering mental health services for mental illness treatment.
