1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. This role requires the ability to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Collaborates effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adapts positively to challenges and changes.
• Delivers excellent performance and follows company policies.

Skills and Abilities

• Interpret and apply company policies.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
