Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will lead in applying cutting-edge advanced analytics methodologies to generate novel insights and actions, contributing to strategic insights sharing across the franchise. This individual will shape and communicate analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions, work collaboratively in a matrix team environment, and provide analytical support for brand performance assessment.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics methodologies for predictive analytics and performance identification.
• Execute analytical solutions for business opportunities and risk assessment.
• Collaborate in cross-functional team meetings.
• Analyze brand metrics and key data sets at the national level.
• Represent customer voice and market insights.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior management.
