Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, developing strategic training plans, and ensuring the continuous improvement of field teams in assigned therapeutic areas. As a key member of the USMA Training and Excellence team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, facilitate training programs, and maintain current learning content for effective training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and deliver scientific training curriculum for Jazz products.
• Develop strategic training plans for assigned therapeutic areas and USMA teams.
• Onboard new hires effectively to ensure field-readiness and continuous development.
• Maintain and update training content to incorporate new data and information.
• Evaluate training programs and adapt delivery methods for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
