Medical Science Liaison

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to act as the primary field-based scientific expert for the company's products in the therapeutic area of Sleep Medicine/Neuroscience. The MSL will establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals, researchers, and scientific communities, ensuring compliant and successful scientific communication and education. This role involves providing scientific exchange of FDA approved and pipeline products, identifying and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, supporting Jazz Pharmaceuticals' research initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific communication of products
• Maintain relationships with opinion leaders
• Support research and clinical operations
• Liaise with investigators for research
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Document adverse events
• Attend medical affairs activities
• Develop solutions and mentor team members
• Manage cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Effective scientific communication skills
• Knowledge of key opinion leaders and regulatory requirements
• Trust-building with opinion leaders
• Collaborative and team-based approach
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Advanced doctorate degree
• 0-2 years of pharmaceutical/clinical/research experience
• Preferably experience in Sleep Medicine
