Job Description: Associate Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Oncology

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Associate Medical Director to support US Medical Affairs activities primarily related to HER2+ target therapy in Gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA) and Biliary tract cancers (BTCs). This position involves developing and maintaining scientific and educational programs while collaborating with cross-functional partners to support brand strategy, market access, medical plans, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical insights for brand strategy
• Support market access, marketing activities, and sales training
• Review responses to medical inquiries and post-marketing studies
• Participate in Medical Congress activities
• Collaborate with global medical functions
• Execute regional medical strategy aligned with brand strategy
• Ensure medical tactics are executed with integrity

Requirements:

• Advanced degree with 5+ years of industry experience
• Strong background in Oncology
• Expertise in analyzing clinical trial data
• Experience with early to mid-life cycle products
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Track record of high performance in a dynamic environment
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• MD, PhD, or PharmD required

Travel:

Requires 20-30% domestic travel

Compensation:

The base pay range for this role is $164,000-$246,000 with additional benefits.
