Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our team. This pivotal role involves leading cutting-edge advanced analytics methodologies to uncover insights and actions that drive business decisions and plans of action. The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple functions to deliver objective and strategic insights on brand and market performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Apply advanced analytics methodologies for predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Implement analytical solutions for risk assessment, promotion response, and ROI analytics.
- Contribute to brand executive reviews and strategic insights sharing.
Requirements
- BA or BS with a focus in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
- Expertise in pharmaceutical data sources like Symphony and IQVIA.
- Ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
