This remote role involves overseeing clinical studies, managing statistical analysis, and providing leadership to programming teams. Responsibilities

• Manage product leaders and external FSP personnel.
• Oversee ongoing and new clinical studies.
• Support Integrated Data Analytics and Statistical Programming.
• Maintain programming processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Provide direct line management to statistical programmers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement projects.
• Manage strategic priorities and resources for statistical programming.
• Perform statistical programming and quality control for deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
• Demonstrated leadership qualifications with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills across disciplines.
• Extensive experience with clinical trial practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in SAS programming and willingness to lead software implementation.
