1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and relocating stock, sorting and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.

Job Qualifications

To be employed in this role at Aldi, you must be 18 years of age or older. The ideal candidate will demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and basic arithmetic proficiency are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
