1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and assist in process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
