1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks such as receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Work in various temperature environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
