Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for our 1st Shift at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour and various schedule options for flexibility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic placement of products.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
