Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Able to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
