We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, fulfilling store orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and good communication abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the warehouse.
