Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are handled and distributed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Follow company policies and procedures with efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
