Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring all products are handled with care. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in meeting budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Execute all tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
