1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, taking on a 1st Shift role with an early start time and the opportunity to earn up to $26.75 per hour. You will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to achieve warehouse goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
