Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving and organizing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and interacting effectively with team members and suppliers. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move product up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
