1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks and assist with inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items throughout the warehouse.
