Position: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Schedules Available: Schedule D, Schedule A2, Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise following guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Interacts effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provides input for process improvement.
• Inspects products for quality and safety.
• Operates equipment safely and notifies management of any issues.
• Follows company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Age 18 or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborates with the team positively.
• Drives for success and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
