Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This role involves efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies, possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate and communicate with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and report issues.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
