1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment, merchandise organization, and overall warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work in varying temperature conditions and stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
