Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, ensuring proper product handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This position requires a focus on maintaining warehouse appearance standards, safety, and effective communication with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Handle merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform warehouse tasks.
