Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The role involves efficiently receiving and fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks within company policies efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Interprets company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
