1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. This role requires physical stamina, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
