1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
