1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock management and order fulfillment to support our store operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support warehouse management goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and contribute to sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older as per ALDI hiring requirements.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and walking in warehouse environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
