1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associates at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires working collaboratively within a team, following safety guidelines, and proactively communicating with warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work behavior and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Drive for success and efficiency in warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate machinery, and work in varying temperatures.
