1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards. The position requires lifting and moving products, operating equipment, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and report issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaborates well with a team, maintains a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes tasks efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, bending, reaching, standing, and operating industrial equipment.
• Working in various temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
