Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient stock handling and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and collaborate with warehouse management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, product quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
