Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate, contributing to our warehouse operations to ensure products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This position involves working fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
