1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and comprehensive training is provided to equip our associates with the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
