1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our stores. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
