1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated warehouse team at Aldi. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating stock, ensuring the warehouse's appearance standards, and participating in inventory counts. As an essential member of our team, you will collaborate effectively, make independent decisions, and support our ongoing improvement processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Apply ALDI Acts competencies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
