Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a vital role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers' enjoyment. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position Type

• Part-Time (Less than 30 hours per week)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated capability in quality, safety, collaboration, positivity, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
