1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees at Aldi. You will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving up to 45 pounds of product.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and environments.
