Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team efficiently and effectively. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust work schedules to meet warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee daily tasks of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance with guidelines.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and provide training for staff development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and payroll to optimize efficiency.
• Identify and address safety hazards and maintain equipment.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and train warehouse staff.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
