Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. Various schedules are available to suit your needs. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
