1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. As a full-time position, you will play a key role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and contribute to process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership for effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work with attention to detail and follow instructions.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating equipment.
