1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in handling incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
