Salary

Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperates and communicates effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspects product quality and contributes to process improvement.
• Performs tasks accurately and within company policy.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
