1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for various duties, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, performing general cleaning tasks, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. The role requires individuals who can work efficiently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the warehouse team and leadership. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.

Job Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must be 18 years of age or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate effectively with the team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize and execute tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
