1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores by selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious and collaborative work ethic.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
