1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00- $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
