1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a competitive starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule working weekends with weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend working with weekdays off.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.

• Excellent communication skills.
