Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Our warehouse is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers to enjoy. As a part-time role with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training to excel in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Frequently move and prepare merchandise for deliveries.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
