Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position involves efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise throughout the warehouse to fulfill orders for our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Help maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and hygiene concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
