1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. This part-time position offers competitive wages starting at $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with warehouse team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and uphold safety standards.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate, demonstrate positivity, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate machinery, and work in varying temperatures.
